How much paracord do I need?
How much paracord you need depends on many factors. Please refer to our estimation here.
Can I order custom-made product?
Yes, we do accept custom-made order for anything that can be made with paracord. You can send us a picture of the item (if you can find it), or let us know the name of the item (such as bracelet design, monkey's fists, keychains and camera straps etc). Please contact us.
I have changed my mind after I made an order, can I cancel my order?
Cancellation is only allowed before your order is sent out. The paid amount will be refunded in form of credit to your account.
I have changed my mind after I made an order, can I change or add-on more items to my order?
We will have to rearrange your order manually. Please inform us as soon as possible. The add-on or updated products are subject to stock availability.
Can I get a refund or exchange to other products?
Goods sold are not refundable nor exchangeable. Should you face any issue with the product, please contact us within 7 days after it is delivered.
Can you reserve certain product for me?
Due to stock limitation, we can only reserve for you when payment is fully received.

Do I get any discount if I buy more?
All prices are fixed. However, please stay tuned for the announcement of promotion and pre-order campaigns.
Do you provide engraving service for your buckles?

What colours are available?
Please refer to our colour chart here. We will continue to expand the product range from time to time in order to fulfill your paracording desire. If you do not find the products that you want, please let us know. We will try our best to get it in future restocks.
When will you restock the out-of-stock products?
We are sorry for the out of stocks items and we always try our best to restock them as soon as possible. All customers are advised to make payment as soon as possible to secure the desired products as certain products are fast-selling.
Why is the colour of the product I received different from what I saw on your website?
All product pictures are produced by our in-house professional photographers. We are doing our best to present the product as accurate as possible. Please take note that every electronic display has different settings and may show the same picture slightly differently in terms of colour reproduction.
Can I buy only 5 ft for each colour?
Please choose from the provided length options only.
Can you help me cut the paracord or join two colours together?
Yes, service charge applies. Please contact us to make the arrangement.
The paracord I received is 1 inch shorter than my ordered length.
All cords are measured and cut manually by hand, we will try to keep the error within 1%.
Why some paracord feels thicker than other colours?
Please note that all 550 paracord have the standard dimension of thickness at 4 mm. Some may feel thicker or harder depending on the many factors such as dye material, their storage time and the moisture in it.
Is cash on deliver (COD) available?
We do not provide COD service. However, you may choose to self-collect your order at our pickup points. For more information, please refer to the Shipping Information or contact us.
When will I receive my order?
All orders will be shipped out within the next working day after payment is received. Please find more information on shipping and ETA here.
I have provided wrong mailing address or phone number, what should I do?
Please inform us as soon as possible. We are able to update it for you before order is shipped out. If your order has been shipped out, please contact the courier company regarding to your correct mailing details.
I have not received my order yet, has it been shipped out already?
Every order comes with a tracking number. You can track your parcel on our courier service provider website. Please refer to Shipping Information for more details.
I was not at home during delivery attempts, now my parcel has been returned to the seller, what should I do?
We may arrange to resend the order. Charges is applicable for re-shipping. Returned orders will be kept for a maximum period of one month.
