1. Does Paracord Fever have any outlet?

Ans: We do not have any retail outlet at the moment.

2. When will I receive my order?

Ans: All orders will be shipped out within the next working day after payment is received. Click here for more information on shipping. Also, please check out our store announcement for any temporary store closure.

3. Do I get any discount if I buy more?

Ans: All prices are fixed. However, please stay tuned for the announcement of promotion and pre-order campaigns.

4. I have changed my mind after I made an order, can I cancel my order?

Ans: Cancellation is not allowed once payment is made.

5. I have changed my mind after I made an order, can I change or add-on more items to my order?

Ans: We will have to rearrange your order manually. Please inform us as soon as possible. The add-on or updated products are subject to stock availability.

6. I have provided wrong mailing address or phone number, what should I do?

Ans: Please inform us as soon as possible. We are able to update it for you before order is shipped out. Should your order has been shipped out, please contact the courier company regarding to your correct mailing details.

7. Is cash on deliver (COD) available?

Ans: COD can be arranged at selected areas only, for minimum order of RM 150. Please allow minimum of two days for preparation and arrangement. You can contact us on our Facebook page for arrangement.

8. Do you provide engraving service for your buckles?

Ans: Please contact us for more information on the engraving service.

9. What colours are available?

Ans: All available colours of paracord can be found in our website here. We will continue to expand the product range from time to time in order to fulfill your paracording desire. If you do not find the products that you want, please let us know. We will try our best to get it in future restocks.

10. When will you restock the out-of-stock products?

Ans: We are sorry for the out of stocks items and we always try our best to restock them as soon as possible. All customers are advised to make payment as soon as possible to secure the desired products as certain products are fast-selling.

11. Can I Pre-order?

Ans: Pre-order is available from time to time. Please stay tuned to our Facebook page for announcement.

12. I have not received my order yet, has it been shipped out already?

Ans: Every order comes with a tracking number. You can track your parcel on our courier service provider website. Please refer to Shipping Information for more details.

13. I was not at home during delivery attempts, now my parcel has been returned to the seller, what should I do?

Ans: We may arrange to resend the order. Charges is applicable for re-shipping. Returned orders will be kept for a maximum period of one month.

14. Can I order custom-made product?

Ans: Yes, we do accept custom-made order for anything that can be made with paracord. You can send us a picture of the item (if you can find it), or let us know the name of the item (such as bracelet design, monkey's fists, keychains and camera straps etc). Please contact us.

15. Can I get a refund or exchange to other products?
Ans: Goods sold are not refundable nor exchangeable. Refunds are only accepted in the event that ordered item is out of stock. Ordered product can be changed before the order is shipped out. Should you face any issue with the product, please contact us within 7 days after it is delivered.

16. Can you reserve certain product for me?

Ans: Due to stock limitation, we can only reserve for you when payment is fully received.

17. Why is the colour of the product I received different from what I saw on your website?

Ans: All product pictures are produced by our in-house professional photographers. We are doing our best to present the product as accurate as possible. Please take note that every electronic display has different settings and may show the same picture slightly differently in terms of colour reproduction.

18. Can I buy only 5 ft for each colour?

Ans: Please choose from the provided length options only.

19. The paracord I received is 1 inch shorter than my ordered length.

Ans: All cords are measured and cut manually by hand, we will try to keep the error within 1%.

20. Why some paracord feels thicker than other colours?

Ans: Please note that all 550 paracord have the standard dimension of thickness at 4 mm. Some may feel thicker or harder depending on the dye material, their storage time and the moisture in it.

21. How much paracord do I need?

Ans: How much paracord you need depends on many factors. Please refer to our estimation here.

22. Can you help me cut the paracord or join two colours together?

Ans: Yes, service charge applies. Please contact us to make the arrangement.
